Bangkok is home to some of the best and most stunning restaurants in the world, and its vast variety of choices can satisfy almost every taste. Wandering around the city, tourists will stumble upon different restaurants, both affordable and expensive, that offer local and international cuisine.
The Tower Club is a heightened five-star hotel experience at lebua Bangkok in Thailand with an extraordinary view of the city from the 51st through the 59th floor. The hotel also features award-winning restaurant Sirocco, located on the 63rd floor of The Dome at lebua, as well as Breeze, located on the 51st and 52nd floor.
Sirocco is the world’s highest alfresco restaurant and one of Bangkok’s most coveted dining choices, serving outstanding Mediterranean food. An evening at Sirocco has been considered a perfect dining experience since it first opened its doors in 2003, a distinction that was confirmed when the restaurant received a Perfect 10 from Thailand Tatler in all four categories of Food, Wine, Ambience and Service.
Breeze is an homage to Asian cuisine and its rising stature among connoisseurs. The restaurant is known as the “new face of Asian dining,” a stunning venue where design, cuisine and service come together for an evening unlike any other.
Now, the iconic Bangkok restaurant has a new face in Executive Chef Sam Pang, who has brought his own signature style, one honed over many years of working and traveling across the globe, which infuses authentic Asian flavors with subtle local influences while raising the bar for progressive presentation.
Pang began his 25-year career in Singapore and has worked in various countries, most recently the United Arab Emirates, where he led the region’s most innovative and award-wining restaurants as Chef de Cuisine. His previous roles instilled in him a strong expertise in banquets and events that make him a particularly exceptional addition to Iebua’s culinary team.
