About Panos Kontogiannis

I was born in Athens , Greece, on December 29th 1987. I hold a BA in Sociology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens, Greece and a Msc in Political Science (Specialized in Political Behavior and Communication) from Leiden University in the Netherlands. I have spent a part of my BA studies as an ERASMUS exchange student in Krakow, Poland. I fluently speak English, and in a medium level French. Within other activities, I have taken part in various conferences in Greece and abroad concerning human rights and their violations, in two MUN confereces in the Human Rights Assembly and i have participated in NGO's , such as WWF and Doctors of the World. I have previously published an article regarding the economic crisis in Greece from the youth perspective in Ottfried student newspaper in Bamberg, Germany, and have recently lunched my own blogspot regarding media and politics. I currently reside in Holland, doing my internship in the Embassy of Greece in the Hague. Within my shorterm plans are attendance of conferences related to political communication as well as learning to speak and write Italian.
