On Thursday 13th June, a group of extremists, believed to be Jews, damaged the Greek Orthodox cemetery in the mixed Arab-Jewish city of Jaffa, and sprayed “price tag” and the Star of David on its graves.
The extremists also slashed tires of several cars in the area and painted hate slogans on walls of building where Arabs live.
Israeli Police claimed they opened an investigation into the incident.
Al-Aqsa Organization for Waqf (trust) and Heritage condemned in a press release the attack on the cemetery, blaming Israeli government and its racist laws for allowing Israelis to continue with their attacks, and called on Palestinians (Muslims and Christians) to protest such brutal and escalated measures.
