Alexandros Vasmoulakis and Paris Koutsikos are two active and artful Greeks who have undertaken several modern painting projects in the world’s most beloved capitals.
After Europe, the next stop is Tel Aviv, Israel. The artistic duo created “Brilliant Project” on a huge urban wall of the Israeli city. It is part of their “Pseudo-Advertising Series” and is embellished with at least ten kilos of sequins that make up the text of the large scale mural.
As for personal background, Alexandros Vasmoulakis is a Greek painter, muralist and installation artist, while Paris Koutsikos is an Athens-based graphic designer. They combined their talents and their combined effort is fascinating, as we can see.
For the Greeks of Tel Aviv or anyone else interested in this urban art project, visit the port of Jaffa as the immense creation sprawls across one of the largest walls of the area.
