A month ago, Greek George Tsakogias decided to introduce Greek souvlaki to Na Trang’s population in Vietnam. He is very satisfied with his success and he excitedly states that it is going better than he could imagine. At his Greek-Vietnamese souvlaki restaurant he cooks the pita bread as it is really rare to find in Vietnam. A lot of Vietnamese prefer it as part of their meal.
