According to the magazine Cosmopolitan Bride of Beijing, Greece is among the 15 most popular destinations worldwide. The magazine praises mainly the romanticism that Greece radiates. “It does not matter, if you walk at a small alley around the Acropolis or set sail for an island. Everywhere you can breathe fresh Mediterranean air, hoping that time finally stops”. The feature suggests Mykonos and Santorini as top destinations. Santorini is known for having some of the prettiest sunsets in the world.
In the meantime, Google in Chinese listed yesterday, instead of its emblem, 17 icons dedicated to 17 countries. One icon was dedicated to Greece, with an image of the Acropolis.
