Chocolate World Heritage Exhibition Features White Chocolate Parthenon, Hong Kong

One of Italy’s most famous chocolatiers, Mirco Della Vecchia has re-erected the Parthenon out of white chocolate!  Together with a team of artists, Della Vecchia carved on chunks of white chocolate. It took days to erect the columns and roof panels, delicate curves and reliefs.
Cleverly enough, Mirco Della Vecchia captured the moment of the Elgin Marbles.  He left the panels facade empty of sculptures and inscriptions.
Mirco Della Vecchia’s tasty Parthenon is currently being exhibited in Hong Kong, together with other sweet scultures such as Paris’ Arc de Triomphe, Italy’s leaning Tower of Pisa and Colosseum, the Egyptian temples Abu Simbel and England’s famous Stonehenge.
The Exhibition is called “Chocolate World Heritage”.
